Mikey Gibson is a six-time champion SUP surfer, musician, content creator and an aspiring 50+ model with a unique look. Born in Houston, Texas, he currently lives in Galveston where he surfs competitively, plays music, and creates surf videos for his YouTube channel.

His modeling interests include casual wear, surfwear, and other types of outdoor-related clothing, but he is open to modeling any type or style of clothing if it works well with his look.

Although he is new to modeling, he’s very comfortable on camera. He films all of his surf contests and daily surf sessions, so being on camera is a daily routine.

He even films “fashion SUP surf sessions” in different types of clothing like casual wear, costumes and even formal wear.

Anyone who puts on formal wear to go surfing might as well try modeling, right?

He is also a musician, playing guitar and singing at open mic nights across the Houston area. Blues, mellow rock, and more can be found on his set lists.

Mikey is adaptable to many different shooting situations, perfectly comfortable both in studio and on location, be it land or water.

SUP surfing has given him the stamina to put in long, grueling hours.

It’s also given him agility, poise, and balance, which is always handy when posing for the camera!

He has an easygoing & fun-loving personality, making him an absolute pleasure to work with.

With his positive, can-do attitude and analytical thinking abilities, he’s able to follow instructions while still keeping an eye out for improvements, and providing constructive suggestions when appropriate.
