If you’re reading this, I’m sure you’re probably wondering “what the heck is Sweep Talk… and what the heck is sweeping for that matter?” These questions and more will be fully addressed below.

Sweeping and Sweep Talk

Sweep Talk is Mikey’s YouTube channel and it’s all about SUP surfing (stand-up paddleboard surfing).

SUP surfers are not-so-nicely referred to as “sweepers” (hence the “Sweep” part of the name) because their paddles resemble brooms.

Mikey usually wears a waterproof mic and makes comments while he surfs on his SUP (enter “Talk”).

Some days he’ll sing songs, some days he’ll tell jokes, and some days he’ll just say whatever crosses his mind, all while catching one wave after another! He also surfs without the mic, sometimes with his own original songs in the background.

SUP Surf Fashion Vlogs & Shorts

In a sense, Mikey already does a little amateur modeling. In some of his vlogs, he will dress up in clothes that were NEVER intended to be worn while in the ocean.

In these “SUP Surf Fashion Vlogs,” he will take formal wear, casual wear, work uniforms, and even Halloween costumes into the waves!

Mikey will wear anything out there as long as it doesn’t drown him, and he loves to dress for success when he’s looking for waves in the local lineup! Below you will find his “SUP Surf Fashion” videos both in long and short form.
